104-year old veteran Clint Johnson went to the dealership with the hope of buying himself a new Chevrolet Sonic. It really came as a surprise when the dealership staff decided to gift him the car.
Since Johnson is considered a war veteran that has sacrificed so much, the car dealer decided to reward him for all his efforts during World War II. Although specific details about Johnson’s service during the World War is not known, His age, driving notes, and a baseball cap that features the logo of the 20th US air force gave a clue that Clint had fought in World War II.

The car dealer that gifted Johnson a car had previously held a yearly campaign known as «Cars for veterans». However, things became different this year as the event wasn’t held due to the pandemic. Joe Basil Chevrolet, the car dealer gave the car to the first person he considered suitable.
